• Pieces are made in limited numbers and, as each is hand-crafted, may not be reproduced identically.
• We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. As stones are natural, minor variations in colour, clarity, or finish may occur.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, product designs, and text — is the property of BALLOURA and may not be reproduced without written permission.
